Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Vytryna. By using Vytryna, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Platform scope

Vytryna provides tools for creators to publish digital products, accept USDC payments via crypto wallets, and deliver digital files. We may update features over time.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for account and wallet security.
• You must provide accurate profile and payout details.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Creator content and compliance

You are responsible for the content you publish and for having rights to sell it. You must follow applicable laws and must not use Vytryna for illegal, infringing, or abusive activity.

Fees and payouts

Vytryna charges a platform fee on paid sales. For standard sales, the current split is 95% to the merchant and 5% to the Platform. For eligible Partner Program sales, the current split is 95% to the merchant, 4% to the Platform, and 1% to the referring partner. Payouts are routed on-chain to the wallet addresses used for the applicable sale flow. Network fees and third-party wallet or provider fees may apply.

Payments and finality

Payments are processed via blockchain transactions. Blockchain confirmations, delays, and chain-level behavior are outside Vytryna's direct control. Vytryna does not custody sale proceeds unless explicitly stated otherwise. Transactions may be irreversible once confirmed.

Partner Program

Vytryna may offer a Partner Program that lets eligible users invite new creators through a referral link and receive a share of eligible sales. Partner eligibility, attribution, payout routing, and program availability are determined by platform logic at the time of each sale and may depend on factors such as account status and an active payout wallet. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Partner Program at any time.

Service availability

We work to keep Vytryna reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access when needed for security and compliance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or legal requirements.
